Raised in Western New York, Tiffany began her medical career in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) from 1989 to 1998, starting as an EMT and later serving as a paramedic for five years. After completing her Physician Assistant training, she gained extensive clinical experience across several specialties, including General Surgery (1 year), Cardiac Surgery (2 years), Emergency Medicine (17 years), and Urgent Care (2 years).
